Harvestbooster gripper bar
This is a very important part that ensures the safe operation of the Harvestbooster set so that the crop is securely gripped when it is removed from the cutterbar and can then be pulled over the ear lifting plate without delay or slippage in the inclined conveyor.
Grip strip
The skirting consists of 5 mm thick serrated strips, which are shipped in 1.20 meter long pieces. These are divided into 3 or 4 parts as required.
The optimum position of the Harvestbooster gripper bar is between the screw-on points of the feed bars. The chain with the gripper bars should float freely over the plate. In some cases, additional skids are recommended. The skids are individually integrated into the spike plate.
